Enjoy the quiet serenity of the Chapel, with its rustic charm and many original features still in existence including highland style ceiling rafters and decorative stained glass. Converted in 19th century from a drovers’ inn, many of the stained glass windows have been recently renovated by local craftsmen.
On the day guided tours will be provided, relating the building to the history of Glen Tanar from the 18th century to the present.
Toilets and car parking are available at the Glen Tanar Visitor Centre where visitors must park, from which a 10min walk will be required to access the site of the Chapel.
Tour times: 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
