The Alan Stevenson Covesea Skerries Lighthouse was completed in 1846 and is situated on the outskirts of Lossiemouth on the Moray Firth Coast. The views along both sides of the Moray Firth are wondrous and, when nature allows, there is much to be seen in the way of wild animals, birds and plants.
Guided tours of the lighthouse are available at half an hour intervals and are by appointment only. Book early to avoid disappointment by contacting info@covesealighthouse.co.uk or 01343 810664.
The Heritage Centre which shows the armed forces history of the area and includes a flight simulator welcomes all visitors and there is no requirement to pre-book.
