Elgin Museum
Moray
In Person

Elgin Museum is Scotland's oldest continuously independent museum, and opened to visitors for the first time in October 1843. Don't miss this opportunity to take a 45 minute behind the scenes tour of the museum stores, which are not normally publicly accessible.
To celebrate the 180th anniversary of the Museum there will also be a special display about the building and its original architect, Thomas Mackenzie.
Tours begin at 11am and 12pm and spaces must be booked in advance by visiting the 'What's On' page on the Museum website.
The museum will be open to visitors as usual from 1pm to 4pm.
