Houston - Houston & Killellan Kirk
Renfrewshire

Houston and Killellan Kirk is situated at the heart of the village of Houston and the current building was erected in 1874. It is a Grade B Listed building that has many interesting features including original stained glass windows, 15th century effigies of John Houstoun and Lady Anne (also given as Agnes) Campbell, as well as the Kilallan bell dating back to 1618.
The Kirk has teamed up with Houston and Crosslee Historical Society who have created a video that brings the story of the Church to life - and their members will be on hand to guide visitors. Mission team members will also be present to offer tea, coffee and light refreshments.
A guided tour of the Church and information on the points of interests/historical relevance will be available for visitors.
