Founded in 1150, Kinloss Abbey is the largest Cistercian Abbey in the North of Scotland and stands in a picturesque setting approximately 3 miles East of Forres. The normally inaccessible Abbot’s House will be unlocked on Doors Open Day – don’t miss this opportunity to have a peek inside!
Numbers are limited to 15 people and children must be accompanied by an adult. A guided tour of the Abbey, which also includes Abbot’s House will begin at 2pm. There is no requirement to pre-book on any of the tours.
